I have a question about something on the website, what should I do?

If you have a question outside of business hours, you can send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible. How do I purchase a gift card?

Click here to get a gift card! Gift cards are available in the following amounts $10, $25, $50, or $100. Gift cards are issued via email. You can then print the code or forward the code via email to the recipient.

 

My order has been placed but I need to change something. Can I do that?

While we are unable to cancel orders, we will do our best to accommodate a change to your order. Once your order reaches our shipping team, we will not be able to make any changes. We do our best to ship your order to you as fast as possible, so please email landobuggboutique@gmail.com immediately with any change requests!

 

I purchased an item yesterday that is on sale today! What is your price adjustment policy?

While we love when our customers snag a great deal, we are unable to refund the price difference if an item goes on sale after a purchase. You are welcome to return the item for store credit and re-purchase the item for the discounted price.

 

I forgot to enter the discount code at checkout. Can I be refunded for the discount?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to refund you for the amount of the discount. If you are having an issue getting the discount code to work, please email us at landobuggboutique@gmail.com. (*Please note that our customer service hours are Monday – Friday, 10am-5pm CST.)

 

What does RTS and LT mean on the product?

RTS is ready to sale items that can ship with 48-72hrs of purchase. LT products have a longer turn around time for shipping. These products have to be sent from the warehouse and usually take 10-12 business days. 

Why does it take so long to recieve my order?

The vendors that Landobugg uses are also SMALL businesses. This allows us to support one another and grow together. The delivery takes so long because of this action, but it allows opportunity for us all to share our business with you!
