Shipping Policy

Welcome to LandoBugg Boutique's shipping guide!  We know you will be anxiously waiting for your package to arrive to your front door so please read below to help guide your shipping selection. Our customers are our number one priority and we want to make sure your order is shipped to you as soon as possible!
  • Orders $49.99 & below = $7 Shipping Fee
  • Orders $50-$98.99 = $12 Shipping Fee
  • All Orders Over $99+ = FREE
*While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, LandoBugg Boutique cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc. 
 
All in house products will ship within 3-5 business days! Please allow 7-10 business days for arrival of all other orders. If an order is placed with ready to ship and pre-sale items, your products will ship separately. Made to order items will ship within 7 days. If you need your items sooner, please reach out to us and we will make arrangements to rush your items if at all possible.
 
If you are ordering a PREORDER item, it will state the estimated time of arrival on our website. Sometimes our vendors give us an estimated date and the items get delayed. If this happens we will reach out to you immediately to give you an updated ETA on the items arrival.
 
LandoBugg Boutique is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. Once an item leaves the shop, we cannot be responsible for handling by these carriers, though I will certainly do my best to work with you to resolve any issues that may occur.
  
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
   
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
LandoBugg Boutique is not aware of what your countries tariff/customs charges are. We are not responsible for the extra customs charges your country charges you to get goods sent to you in your country. We are a US-based company that pays USPS shipping charges to ship outside of the US which are not the costs listed above.
